The Board of Directors is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Band. The Board works closely with the Music Director (who is responsible for rehearsals and performances) to make sure the Band is successful in all aspects of operations and performances. While our Music Director is responsible for music selection, rehearsing and preparing the Band for performances, section size/membership, and setting performance dates (suggesting performance locations as well), the Board of Directors is responsible for annual membership dues, making sure all invoices in relation to LSSB and LSBB are taken care of, and the Board tackles any operational needs that the Music Director has set forth.

Board Meetings are held once per month, on a Wednesday evening.
